Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge - Animal Magnetism

Weekly Challenge #21 needs to include something related to an animal.

Coincidentally, I was just getting ready to do a 2-page layout on the farm animals we saw at Old Sturbridge Village during our 2005 vacation.  Titles were cut using County Life and the flourishes were cut from Heritage then run through my Cuttlebug using the Swirls embossing folder.

Layout #40

This is the lighthouse at Prospect Harbor.  We had to take the close-up picture through a chain-link fence as I believe this might be a private residence now.

Layout #39

It was a nice day for a short drive.  We headed to Prospect Harbor to see another lighthouse and took these pictures of the harbor along the way.

Layout #38

We took these pictures of Winter Harbor Lighthouse from across the harbor using the tripod.  I would have liked a more close-up picture but it's not too bad considering how far away we were.

Layout #37

More pics of Pemaquid Point Lighthouse.

Layout #36

Pemaquid Point Lighthouse.

Layout #35

The right side of a 2 page layout of Owl's Head Light Station.  See Layout #34 for the left side.

Layout #34

Pics of the Coast Guard's Owl's Head Light Station.  It's not a very tall lighthouse so it sits up on top of a hill.

Layout #33

We were walking along the Ocean Path when we took these pictures.  It's a nice walk with spectacular views when the weather is cooperating.

Layout #32

Pictures of Otter Cove.  Otter Cove lies past Thunder Hole.

Layout #31

Pictures of the Maine coastline.

Layout #30

Some of the views from the Loop Road.  I can just imagine the inside of the gray house . . . and the COST!  I'll bet that's one pricey piece of real estate.

Layout #29

Little Hunter's Beach is a stone beach rather than sand.  Loads of stone that has been tumbled smooth by the waves.  You can find smooth, pink granite stones here.

Layout #28

Pictures of the Gatehouse at Jordan Pond.  Would have loved to have been able to see the inside but I believe it's a private residence now.

Layout #27

A picture of the back of the Jordan Pond Restaurant and a view of the pond.

Layout #26

Pictures of the two bridges along the Jordan Pond trail.  The stone bridge is just down the hill from the restaurant and the wooden bridge is at the far end of the pond.

Layout #25

George and Shaughn on the Jordan Pond Trail.  A nice walk around the Pond - a little rough in spots but still a nice walk.

Layout #24

We saw the Jelly Belly car when we got to the top of Cadillac Mountain.  The road to the top of the Mountain is filled with twists and turns.

Layout #23

It's been a while since I've uploaded layouts I've completed in 2010.

This is a layout of Cadillac Mountain Summit Path - a nice, easy walk.  Great views . . . when the weather is nice!
